2007 Nimbus tag not lifting

I have a 40' 2007 Nimbus with tag and it has stopped lifting.  Startup the coach in the shop and let air build to 100%.  Put the coach in travel mode it reaches ride height.  Then flip the switch to lift the tag.  All the air drops out of the rear axld and tag bags but after waiting 10 minutes tag and rear axle have not moved up at all.  Can someone shed some light on what I might be looking at here?

Are you saying when you do a tag dump the drive axle and the tag bags  dump their air?

Are you sure your tag is made to lift and not just dump the air?
