MCD Shades and Rosen Visors

Prior to my purchase of my coach, MCD shades were installed, including the windshield.  The Rosen Visors were removed.  I have searched the forum and its seems that many owners believe that the Rosen Visors are no long necessary once MCD shades are installed.

Can anyone share their experience with this?  Has anyone installed MCD shades and kept the Rosen Visors?

I also have both.  I see no need for the visors but have not removed them.  Inertia mostly.

Do you use both?  Or more specifically do you use the rosen visor?  I have used them while flying and I am considering adding them back to the coach.

For those that balk at the Rosen price, look at this.  I had one in our previous coach, and really liked it.  Not as versatile, but less than 1/10 the price.

I removed the Rosen's as soon as I drove the coach and realized that the front MCD's lower nicely to block the sun.

Will be getting some clear ceramic tint and a dark strip of tint added. Visors were given away. I had those on another coach and did the same. Less clutter

Tom, my wife uses the visor more than I do. Mostly when the sun is shining in from her side. I do too as when I pull the MCD shade down on my small window, it makes it hard to see the mirror and what it's reflecting.

I pulled my visors as I know I would never use them, the shade work perfect for blocking
the sun.

From reading old post there seems to be considerable issues with motorized shades. I don't have time for anything that won't work reasonably consistent. I'm a bit tired of the pull from the sides accordion windshield shades. Any recommendations on a pull down like MCD but manual vs electrical?

From the MCD website looks like around one coach buck for the windshield which is motorized. We had MCD's installed on all window and the windshield, costly but worth to us.

We wouldn't be without the motorized windshield shades.  As for the  sunvisors, I use them for the side window.
