It won't work, the switcher will block the signal. You could try a ONE WAY passive splitter (has to be 2-2150 MHZ range) or sometimes called diplexers., but after the switch box. You need two.
Where the cable comes out of the switch box to front TV, insert the splitter into the non passive port, and the dish feed from the roof to the passive port. In the front, hook the passive port to the receiver input, and the non passive to the TV. Yes, you can run both signals down one coax. But has to be one side power blocked.
You CAN NOT run the amplified (powered) signal from the wingard OTA on this same cable. That all needs to happen before "Antenna input" on switch box.
