Crestron System does not work with new modem

We are a little over two month fulltime in our new to us 2018 Realm. I recently purchased a Pepwave Max Duo Pro E modem and Parsec Husky roof antenna to replace the out-of-date Wifi Ranger (WR) Go2 modem and Elite AC antenna. Two questions: (1) I have yet to install the Parsec antenna. Anyone know what size conduit Foretravel uses to run the Elite AC antenna to the electronics bay located over the passenger front seat? I spoke to Foretravel and they were not sure what size conduit they used. The Parsec antenna has seven cable that need to be run from the roof; (2) With the Pepwave modem, I am already getting great speeds with the modem without the antenna. However, since I disconnected the WR, the Crestron system loaded on the iPad no longer works to operate the audio visual and lights of the coach. I have attached the two Cat-5 cables into the Pepwave modem and renamed the Pepwave modem the same as the WR but the IP address of the Pepwave is different than the IP address of the WR. Anyone know how to fix this problem in order to get the Crestron system working? Crestron customer service was no help telling me a Crestron dealer needs to fix the problem.

You just need to get in the setup of the pepwave router and change the IP address to what it was with the WR.  As long as the pepwave has the same IP, same wifi name, and same password.  Everything should work.  (Notice I said should)
