Dash A/C condenser fan replacement with Spal fan?

In servicing my dash a/c, at a large truck repair, the tech checked the condenser fan and said it was running very hot. Not to worry short term, but if it fails to replace it with one made by Spal. A 12" fan is about $100.

Opinions? Worth the $$?

Plenty of replacement fans that will work.
Most will improve upon the Oe

My original 2002 U270 Spal fan was 16 " and 2340 CFM
