April FOT service

In January 2022, I made an appointment at FOT for service April 13-15. Both service writers were out so James finally returned my call, wrote down my punch list, and scheduled service for three days. (Turns out that they were closed on Good Friday 4/15). I arrived the afternoon before my appointment to review the items with Alan the service writer and add one more item. I explained that my priority item was the repair of a driver's side basement bay door where the piano hinge had come apart from the door. This was our fifth basement door where the hinge had become unriveted. In October of 2015, Rance at Xtreme P&G had re-fiber glassed two doors. The latest door looked worse and I expected that it needed fiber glass work too. In fact, I was told that FOT's fiberglass guy would inspect the door when it came into the service bay. On the largest passenger side bay door, the rivets on the latch broke through the fiber glass and needed repair. In addition, I wanted a chassis lube, a brake inspection, bay latches and doors lubed and aligned, a leveling issue resolved, and the dash AC checked. All items were completed by the afternoon of day two.  I was shocked at the 'repair' of the door where the piano hinge had become unriveted. I was told that the fiber glass guy met with the lead tech and it was decided to simply re-rivet the door to the hinge with larger rivets. I told the lead tech and the service writer how horrible the repair looked. Alan said that I could re-schedule to have the door re-fiber glassed and touched up. (And in my opinion done right). I was surprised that I was not given the opportunity to pick between re-fiber glassing and re-riveting. In contrast to the piano hinge work, the latch replacement on the passenger bay door was a first glass quality job.
Related to this service visit, I was surprised at how few other folks were at 'Camp Foretravel'. There were just two others and two drop off coaches. With the for sale coaches gone, the place looked barren.  They also left an unknown item with us. We were told that it was ours, since we paid for it. I am thinking that it has to do with the leveling system or ride height adjustment? Anyone know what is it?
Also as an FYI: 1) they found a leak in one air bag (installed in October 2017). Seems unusual that a newer bag would be leaking; 2) They replaced the HWH keypad that I replaced (direct from HWH in April 2018); 3) Alan adjusted my bill after reviewing my feedback.
