1988 3208T 250hp Radiator Cap PSI

Doing a cooling flush and replacing some hoses, found the cap on my radiator was a 10psi cap, but have a previous owner spare that is 13psi...looking thru my books it doesn't list the cap rating anywhere I can find. Does anyone know what it "should be" or know where it is listed?
