Main TV won’t come down

Can anyone tell me how to use the manual raise/lower on the main TV?
1. Should the shaft be pushed up or pulled down
2. What direction should I turn to lower and or raise

Scott,

Welcome to the ForeForum.

Please tell us what coach you have.

Also, are you referring to the TV antenna or to some kind of manually raised TV?

I do not understand your issue.
Are you talking about a ceiling or wall TV mount?
If so look for a brand or manufacturer's name on the mount, then GOOGLE.

On our 2019 ih-45, on several of the multiplex switch panels there are a couple of up and down switches for the drop down tv. Also,  just under the midship Silverleaf panel, is an unmarked rocker switch that also controls the drop down tv. as far as I know there is no manual control.

I am assuming you are talking about the TV over the driver in the ceiling.  In the very front left corner there is a post.  Somewhere in the coach is an adapter that will connect to this post.  I believe that you pull down on post and start turning.  You can raise the TV if lower or Lower the TV is raised.  Sometimes mine does not want to go up or sometimes up and not wanting to come down.  Once I start to do manual and then hit the switch it will work like it should.
