Light switch backlighting

First post on the forum. Working with a friends 07 342 Nimbus. Just left Motorhomes of Texas after some work and now the backlighting on the light switches stays on all the time in the bedroom. Don't know what changed but am wondering if anyone knows how to adjust or disable the backlighting. Prior to this the backlighting stayed on for a short period of time on all the switch plates then would automatically go out. This is how all the light switches are now.

I have a 2009 Phenix. There is a "Master" switch (I have 3 of t hem) that controls the backlighting - toggles between always on and on for a short period of time. My switches are at the entry door, by driver seat and in the bedroom. You only need to toggle one of them.
