Level System

Last November, we spent a small fortune at MOT tracing down leaks, including redoing BOTH six packs. During our six month stay in Mexico, we never were able to keep the coach level. She sank to the left.
Friday morning, when I went to fire her up, the LEVEL SYSTEM light was on and the bell was dinging. The travel light was lit, and I visually checked for height clearance. Then I found, and disconnected, the bell.
I drove these past two days with my heart in my mouth, keeping my fingers crossed.
We have an appointment at MOT next week.
What do you think I am looking for as to why the light and alarm are on. I have no idea. To say I am unhappy would be an understatement.

I had a similar issue on mine a couple of years ago. When parked and on auto level, the left rear would always drop over a few hours. It turned out to be a leaking ride height valve on the left rear.  Replaced the ride height valve and haven't had any issues since.

I had the guys at NMS do they work. Very thorough and very reasonable.

If I'm reading it right you spent all this money at MOT,went on your trip and when you got there the coach did'nt stay level,I
would talk to MOT and if they won;t give you any warranty take the coach to HWH in Iowa and get it fixed right,I know it is farther
but they will fix the problem.

The alarm will ding as long as the parking brake is set. The travel light will come on when you have >80 lbs of pressure in the tanks. That does not mean it's at ride height. Did the LEVEL SYSTEM on the dash ever go out?

This means your travel solenoids are leaking at the six pack. There shouldn't be any air getting to the ride height valve when you're in auto-level mode.

Supposedly this is a common leak, even after you've rebuilt the six pack. I'm about to go hunting for the same issue on my coach. With the coach in auto/manual level mode, you can pop the feed line to the ride height valve off and spray it with bubble solution. If you get bubbles at the line you know it's time to replace the travel solenoid(s).

Must have had a different situation.  Didn't touch anything on the 6 pack, just replaced the ride height valve.  Left rear doesn't drop down anymore when parked.  Or maybe it was just leaking at the connection to the valve and didn.t need the valve ??????
Either way, all new ride height valves now and holds up when parked.

Gotta love it....
Today, when we fired her up to head to Dallas....
Yup....the "Level System" light was out.
Musta fixes itself.....OR.... Maybe I burned out the bulb??!!!???
