Dometic Duo Therm A/C Problem

Turned on the A/C's in our 97 U295 with the Dometic Duo Therm A/C units, and the rear A/C will turn on for a sec or two and then shut down.  Does this over and over.  Front A/C is running fine.  I turned the thermostat down and it does the same thing.  Any ideas?

Run capacitor or low pressure cutoff would be suspect.

I agree.

Over the past few years I have had to replace the capacitors in both of my AC's.  When replacing the capacitors, I replace both the run and start capacitors at the same time.  It is not a big job.

It started working again.  But, I'm wondering if I should have a couple of extra capacitors handy, just in case this happens while traveling.

That eliminated the low pressure possibility.
