Nimbus vs Phoenix

We're looking at a few different Fortravel Coaches and I'm hoping someone can help shed some light on the differences and things we  should be on the lookout for when we're looking at these older coaches.  The ones we're looking at are 2009 Nimbus CD 45', 2007 Phoenix 45 Spec, & 2008 Phoenix 445.  I've heard about the possible delamination issues, how can you tell if that is a problem or has already been addressed?  How can you tell if it has the hybrid inverter/generator setup that seems to have caused issues?  Are there other things we should consider or be sure to check out on these?  Major differences between the Nimbus & Phoenix?  Thanks in advance!!
