1991 360 ORED #4027 Shower leak

Good morning Foretravelers, Repairs continue to my '91 Grand Villa, the latest is a water leak under the shower pan and so I'm curious to know if anyone has tried removing the shower stall wall behind the fixtures to see if that is the source.  Also, there seems to be copious amounts of garden hose fed water gushing out of the compartment forward of the left side rear wheel....is that the fresh water holding tank or grey/black water tank?  Mine is retro fitted for cold Canadian winters and so has foam insulation everywhere.
Thanks for your advice

When we had a leak in that area, on both sides of the rear wall of the shower, it turned out to be the plexiglass skylight corners.
Water would, when it rained hard, cascade down the wall in the bedroom and in the skylight rear side.
After caulking, caulking, and caulking for three years I finally got fed up enough to remove the plexiglass retainer and the plexiglass. Turns out someone that welded the retainer got lazy and decided to NOT grind down the weld teats he left in the corners. Thee teats broke the plexiglass.
Ground the teats off and recaulked around the broken area. Seven years or better and no leaks!!

1...anyone has tried removing the shower stall wall behind the fixtures

2...is that the fresh water holding tank or grey/black water tank?
1.  I have not tried, but surely some Forum member has.

2.  Typically, the grey and black water tanks are black plastic.  The fresh water tank is translucent (whit-ish).

If the fresh water tank is over-filled it vents the excess through a hose attached to the top of the tank and routed to the exterior of the compartment onto the ground.  If the overflow hose is disconnected or broken, it will dump the excess water inside the compartment.

Any kind of water leak inside the bay compartments is BAD and should be avoided.  Water in the bays inevitably gets into the foam floor insulation and will cause corrosion of the steel frame members.

I think that it's "just" split pipes, the grey and black tanks are very resilient and wrapped in foam. Look in the void behind the toilet, there's a pipe that runs from a water filler hose that runs from the engine compartment.

Unfortunately there are so many different configurations/layouts that any conclusion we make could possibly NOT apply. I wonder, seeing as it is an ORED, if the layout is like my coach. Notice I said:"I wonder".? Even year to year ORED coaches can be different.
For example, our fresh water tank is way up front and the overflow goes in front of the dashboard wall.
Black water tank is just forward of the driver's side duals with gray water tank just forward of that.
In our coach  removal of the toilet lets me access the plastic piping going forward from the shore hookup. Also, removing the floor vent by my right foot (if sitting on the throne) on the tub wall lets me see under the tub/shower base and see the piping.
Different configurations, different layouts, different whims of the installers all affect the possible solution.
All we can do is offer our observations as to what we have discovered in our rigs and hope one of our resolutions will help resolve the issue.

Nitehawk great advice. If he has the ORED the fresh water tank is in the front.

Peer into the shower drain with a powerful flashlight.  I found a split in mine which I repaired with careful cleaning and epoxy paste from above.  Has been  solid since.
