Backup camera

Hi, hoping someone can tell me if there is an easy swap out of the backup camera. I still have the original system black and white and its pretty useless.I don't want or need anything fancy I just want to be able to see to back up and see it my bike is ok on the rack.
Are the power wires for the existing camera ok to use to power a wireless camera system? Or is there one that will use the same wires for the signal? What have others done along these lines?

I replaced my with a wireless and am very happy with the performance. Nice clear color picture on a 7" monitor.

I installed the camera in the same location that the wire camera was. For power, I tied the camera into my running lights that are right there.  You can access them from the panel in the cabinet.  For the monitor, I wired it to a dash wire that was hot when the lights were turned on.

As I always drive with my lights on anyway, it worked out good.  Turn on lights camera and monitor turn on, pretty simple.

Whole system was only $140 from Amazon.
