Looking for an inspector in the Memphis area

Looking for recommendations on a 3rd party inspector good with Foretravel's in the Memphis area, got an eye on a coach with some flaws but I'm curious about the bones

Emmett either John 44 or Rudy would be excellent to check out and intended buy. John 44 lives just north of Memphis and Rudy near Houston.
