Wallpaper and ceiling bulge

In my new to me 03 320 I have a couple of bulges in my wallpaper and ceiling.  It's hard to see the ceiling bulge but I can tell you there is a seam in the plywood where the vinyl bulges.  On the walls I have two of these.  Can't see any evidence of water intrusion but I have not had it out in the rain yet.

Can I inject some glue in the wallpaper to reattach to the plywood ?

Your thoughts on what caused these would be appreciated.

I have some rippling of the wallpaper like your photo shows.  I find that it varies with the temperature so I attribute it to expansion and contraction.  Doesn't seem to be a problem except cosmetic.  I can't make out the bulge in the ceiling from your photo.

Sure  Spray some headliner glue through razor cut slits.

I have it on one of the roof seems in my coach too. Had Keith inspect it when I bought it two years ago and he deemed it a non-issue. Hasn't changed or affected anything in the two years since.... just cosmetic. It's so far down my list of projects, I'll probably never get to it.

Thanks all !

The seam on the ceiling has nail underneath the Naugahyde that has popped out of the plywood.  Dont think I can pound it back in without putting a hole in vinyl.

If you press on both sides of the seam it's a bit loose.  I think as long as it's not due to water I'm probably going to leave the top on that can of worms.
