CRESTRON WARNING

Our Crestron app doesn't work. Today, Firefly explained why. If you use an iPad, or iPhone to access the Crestron system, the installed ios version can not be 15.x.xor later. An ios version 15.x.x will not connect to your Crestron system, you will need to acquire an Android device which I'm told, will work. If your iPad has not been updated to a 15.x.x version and you want to continue accessing Crestron with it, DON'T accept an ios update.

Hopefully there are manual controls for everything Firefly/Crestron does.

I recall reading of some brands using Firefly that don't have redundant controls, leaving some folks without HVAC when Firefly has an issue.

There was a discussion on this problem on another forum and some solutions to fix the problem.  I will look and see if I can find it.

Found one of them. This one has a link to the one I was thinking about.

Thanks Turbo, I hadn't thought about an old iPad instead of an Android device.
