Flexsteel Captains Chair Skipping Gears

One of our chairs has started skipping gears when moving it back. Any idea what needs to be fixed and where to get the part/parts? Or do we just need a new base?

Have Jimmy pull the chair and look closely underneath for what Chris has mentioned.  Should be replacement parts at FOT.  If not, you may have to check with one of those junk yards for coaches.  There is one in Kentucky that has a few Foretravels and might have the replacement parts for you!  Please keep us informed.  Where are you located at now Christine?
