Keith Risch

I talked to Keith about installing the new voltage regulator on the generator that I bought from the factory. When I arrived at his place we discussed all that and a couple more items. It seems that when Keith went to replace the regulator that the factory sent me the wrong one. Keith called Jeff at Power Tech and sure enough- it was wrong. Fortunately, the factory had the correct one and the generator works as designed. Keith did the following that I casually mentioned- repair generator exhaust, all oil, transmission fluids and all new filters plus a lube job. While he was under the coach he noticed some oil on my tire- yup 2 new wheel seals and we are happy as a clam. A fair price by a very savvy guy. You will be glad you called him.

One of those bullets got me on the regulator even though it was the right one.

Me too.  You really have to be careful about the wiring if you replace the regulator yourself.

I forgot to mention- he added a new alternator as mine was not putting out what Keith thought it should.
