Multifunction steering wheel hazard switch

My hazards no longer seem to be working. I interchanged the turn signal and hazard relay with no change. Turn signals work fine with both. If I pull the hazard switch on the steering wheel they don't turn on BUT if I position it just right, it'll trigger one blink. I'm thinking the contact may not be very good in the steering column switch.

Any input on this? I haven't checked for continuity between the wires yet but don't see any issues with the wiring.  I'm also not sure which switch I would need..

Before you start ordering parts (spending money) check for voltage, jumpering would also verify operation and bad switch or another problem if nothing works. With such low operation cycles I would doubt the switch is bad, but dont know its history. Spilt Diet Coke does horrible things.  Bad stuff in my world for everything I think. Without looking I'll guess it too goes threw the smart wheel but is an unknown. Goofy things can inject issues if it does. Again unknown. Possible number on switch also. Removal is an unknown also to me.

I have found in checking continuity you might need a load. I have checked continuity with a
regular test light and it was fine and then I have checked it with a headlight bulb I made up
and the bulb wouldn't light up.

You could use an alternate power source and bypass the switch, that should tell you if the switch is the issue.
Then check your diagrams for the exact layout, you may find there are 2 relays on that system, one for signal light, one for hazard light. Using a little contact cleaner on the switch may also do wonders.
The part number may also be on your wiring diagram, but FOT parts dept will likely be able to confirm it for you.

Finally got around to some further diagnosing and solved the problem. For some reason, the wire going to one of the bus are under the passenger side wiring panel was loose. I made sure to check all other wires as well for tightness and all seemed good.

It's always good to check those wire connections with all the vibrations happening.

I added a picture of the culprit.
