2200 watt generator/ 93 volts

I'm running a Ryobi 2200 watt generator in the evenings so I dont have to use the big one. Why am I only getting 93 to 96 volts on the monitor. That's both legs.

Have 50 amp to 30 amp to 15 amp adapters.

What is the voltage at the generator outlet with no load, If it's good there then keep checking until you find the voltage drop. If it's good there then drops under a load you my have a bad adapter or generator, I run my 2200 Honda through a 50' # 12 cord to the progressive surge protector then to the 50A coach cord.

I'll have to check voltage at the genny tomorrow. I also have a 50' #12 going to the 50amp coach cord but not using my watch dog, I guess i can plug in my watch dog but that's not going to solve the voltage drop issue. The charger is pulling 7 amps for the batteries but not sure that would be the issue.

I have my charger set at 5 amps ac draw. That should not be an issue. You
Might also  try taking the #12 cord out of the system and eliminate all the adapters. If you
Plug in you surge protector you may need a bonding plug for the generator that ties the neutral and ground togather, as most generators have a floating neutral. Search bonding plug.

Suggest checking wattage draw on your generator with a kill-a-watt. Seems like something is loading it down. On my coach we traced a mystery load to the engine block heater that was left plugged in and accidentally switched on. I don't know what fridge you have, my old Dometic on electric power took like 450 watts, another big hidden draw.
