Replace bathroom mirror

I'm trying to figure out how to replace the bathroom mirror. I have not found a way to remove. If anybody knows how to take the flat mirror off the wall, it would be appreciated.

It is glued on and will come off in pieces but you can try some thin wire and pull it down and or up whatever works best for you. Wrap it around some dowels.

Put tape on the glass in case it breaks to try and keep it together.  Blue 3M painter's tape if you want to save the glass, otherwise anything that will stick well if you are disposing.  A shop vac is good for any shards.
