Where is location of circuit breakers on Drawing A-5412

I have a U320 2001 coach.  I am having trouble getting power to the WTEC III transmission controller.  I have traced the wiring from B-2126 to A-5412 but I need help locating the circuit breakers that are shown on A-5412.  The 136 White wire and the 146 White going to the 10 amp breakers.  I am sure I am just overlooking these breakers any help would be appreciated.

We had another discussion recently about circuit breakers.  The subject, at that time, was storage bay lights, but looking at the stack of breakers in the diagram I posted in that thread, I also see a WTEC breaker at the top of the stack.  Don't know if that helps you any...  See Reply #2 and Reply #3 in the link below.

I found the 2 circuit breakers for ign to WTEC III.
Located in front of passengers seat top row far left.

Not sure this will help with your problem but I was having some problems with my transmission. Here is the link to what I found.
