Getting Ready for Summer Travels

Monday morning arrived at Keith Risch RV for some maintenance/repair and service.  All coolant hoses for engine and generator, took care of knocking noise on roof (loose CB antenna), replaced leaking cylinder for step well cover, fixed slide awning, cleaned old insulation from generator compartment, serviced Aqua Hot and a couple interior items.  Two days in Keith's shop and the list was complete.  Moved on Wednesday morning to Infinity to have the fuel lines replaced and hopefully finishing up Thursday noon.  However, things don't always go right but with a little overtime, the coach was ready to go 5:30 this afternoon.  Just in time for a fast trip to M&G Engineering in Athens, TX to rig up the truck for towing.  Will begin first thing in the morning.  It's been a good week in NAC.

Our last stop was in Athens at M&G Engineering to install base plates and wire up the truck for towing.  Also added air line to coach for the truck braking system.  So with new Blue Ox tow bar we hooked up the truck and headed back to Rayford Crossing.  Hats off to Monty for a great job.  That finishes the work on the coach and we leave for Fredericksburg on May 23rd for what we hope is an exciting and fun summer!
