88 gv water fill

I am having first time fill trouble...the two valves between driver and co chairs..what position do they need to be in...trying to fill the freshwater tank, but just dumped a ton of water?? Is one of those the dump valve? Water pump wont pressurize the line, but its running??

On my coach, the valve closest to the front is the dump valve.

Valve on the right is the dump valve, close it clockwise
Valve on the left is the fill valve open counter clockwise for open then close it after water comes out the front of the water tank.

Classic symptom of forgetting to close the water tank fill valve.  The water pump is just pumping in a closed loop - out of the tank to the pump and then back into the tank.  First, check to be sure the fill valve is closed.  Then, if the "constantly running pump" condition still persists, look for a open water faucet, or (worst case scenario) a really big leak (like a cracked or broken pipe).
