Javelina tank display to new monitor problems

I have a new monitor that has 4-4 pin camera inputs. I took out the original crt monitor and am using a Bnc to rca adapter that has a 4 pin end on the other side to connect the tank monitor.  The rca end also has a red female end that I presume is for power and negative or maybe audio??  I was under the impression that the 4 pin has power and ground already it. I do not get a picture at all when plugged in. Is that red end female supposed to be plugged in or is there something I am missing??

Not sure what monitor you have but the picture you have of the connector, the yellow is video and the red looks like a power outlet.  If it was audio it would be either an RCA type or a 3.5MM male
