Am I missing something

Hi everyone,
Was just under the coach changing the turn signal assembly and saw this.
Am I missing a cover or something?
I see the air lines going in(or out)
This is looking up by the steering box.

There was a filter cap on there originally is my opinion. I will look for a picture of one.

I replaced the caps with 8 in long hose. I fixed a screen on the bottom of the hose. I think it is 1in in diameter but it's been a few years.

First looking I thought there was a vent cover missing on your ride height valve.looking closer it still looks like a vent cover but not a ride height valve. On a ride height valve it's easy to make a different vent cover just by slipping a 1 in rubber hose over the valve vent and letting 6 or 8 in of hang while putting steel wool or screen on the lower end of the hose. that appears to be a foot pedal valve after adding pictures and my fix may not apply.
