Low water pressure in toilet

Attached is a picture of the water line coming into the toilet.  I recently switched to the Dometic 321.
It's a lot nicer than the old toilet but the water pressure is still low.  Is that brass gizmo with a gauge on it a water pressure valve that I can increase or decrease the amount of pressure.

Thanks

That piece is unnecessary. I had an inline pressure regulator without the gauge. When I put the 321 in, I removed that and put some new pex. The 321 isn't the same as a regular rv toilet and puts water all around the bowl. While there isn't a lot of pressure, the amount of water coming into the toilet is much more than the previous microphor.
