Replace mine last year.  Foretravel parts has them  They come in two widths, so you'll need to measure.

I replaced mine by cutting a piece of rubber roofing using the old flap as a pattern. It doesn't have the Foretravel logo on it but it's nice enough or I wouldn't have left it on.Just a thought.

I feel so ghetto. I removed mine and store my chocks  there.

Mine came without it and I also store my chocks there. Got the idea from Chuck.

That's where the vacuum pump is located.

Had to relocate one door actuator air line and trim one side of the chocks on the narrow top side to facilitate sliding in. Easy access promotes use IMO

I made ours out of marine grade vinyl, no need to waste labor using that cheep material you can get from discount city.  Our coach came with a pair of shoes in there.

Made mine out of a door mat.  Kinda sorta matches and it's held up pretty good.

And yes I need to repaint the step.

Trina at MOT made ours from Sunbrella fabric.

We keep our chalks behind it.

I got a replacement flap from Foretravel and also had them replace the step base which was heavily rusted. As others, this is where I store my chocks.

I keep extra large wrenches in there along with the door mat - very easy to pull out when parking for a while.
