Kool-o-Matic

So I now have to travel down the Kool-o-Matic rabbit hole.  as anyone been able to find or source a replacement cover or a fabricated solution?  I have looked through many of the forum posts, but haven't seen any photos of fixes or or complete fan replacements.  Ours was damaged when we purchased our U320 and the cover is starting to fail to the point where I don't want to have it fly off or not provide protection.  Thanks for any help in advance!

Are you asking about the exterior or interior cover?

Roof vent repairs are possible with tape and straighten (or make a new one) bracket. Many like to keep the Kool-o-matic working.

Mine fell victim to a falling tree limb 6 years ago. I duct taped it together until I got home a couple of weeks later, I then took it to a local auto body shop and they repaired it with the stuff they use to attach body panels nowadays. They charged me 80 bucks If I remember correctly...I like the Kool-o-Matic and wanted to keep it rather than replace.

Although the crack line is still visible on top it is stronger than it ever was in that area...nobody except me is going to be up there looking at it anyway. The crack line could be ground out and filled in but it doesn't bother me as is...I call it a "battle scar"
