Oasis suddenly not working

Went to wash dishes and found no hot water. No hot water from electric element or diesel burner. No faults showing on inside panel and none showing on outside unit. Diesel burner runs, but not often, and still no hot water. Unit was serviced 9 months ago. Not sure where to look.

When you said it runs, is the exhaust hot and if it is and the heaters work that heats the coach.

Morning Gary,  Most likely the Summer Loop pump has failed with an open circuit leaving no faults or red lights.

Call me after 8 am and I can share a work around till the pump is replaced.
