Shower Drain Flange

Slow leak from under shower pan was found to be a broken drain flange.  I'm thinking this unscrews from the top to replace.  Anyone know for sure?  Thanks

Screw out or glued? I don't know.

1) I would try pushing or pounding on the lugs with an appropriately shaped piece of wood to rotate the drain CC.

2) Assuming that is made of PVC, use PVC putty, and shape it after the putty has cured.

They make a removal tool ,probably at Lowe's or Home Depot.

How did you find  the leak?  Where was the water coming out?  I have a small wet spot where the bath tile meets the carpet of bedroom, showed up yesterday morning again this morning take shower ar night. Might have same problem

Check the corner where the glass meets the shower pan, caulking may be leaking.

leak at glass to wall seal. Hopefully a simple fix , going out to get silicone caulk.

Try Lexel caulk, easier to finish and adheres better than silicone.

Thanks for the reply's.  Job is finished finally.  The install from shower side drain flange does not exist in Spring, TX and eluded my internet search.  Solution was to cut away around the drain pipe in the ceiling of the bay with the water pump.  Cut away was necessary to have room to install the new drain that sealed and was secured by a large nut.  I will reseal around the pipe with expanding foam and my job will be complete.  Had new shower door and frame installed recently and was caulked as required.  Leak appears fixed.  Thanks again for the help.
