HWH

The HWH leveling system is unleveling the coach. While parked in the garage and testing the leveling system. When engaging the auto leveling the coach levels and all is good. Returning to the garage the next day the coach is not level and the excessive slope light is on. Switching the system off and engaging the auto leveling all is good once again. Until the next day the same issue returns. The air bags and all six pack valves and solenoids were replaced last year.  I did not have this issue previously and not for 6 months after these parts were replaced.

I hate to break it to you but you likely have a leak somewhere in the bags or one of the six packs. It's a closed system between those two parts so a leak somewhere else won't affect it.

The only other thing it might be (that I can think of) is a wonky control box erroneously trying to re-level it. Easy way to test is to use the autolevel feature, switch it to "off" and then quickly turn the ignition off (so it doesn't go into travel mode) once it's level and then come back the next day. Or manually level it. If it's unlevel you know you have a leak. If it's still level, you the know computer is going wonky.

I actually always park with HWH off. This is probably poor practice if I was to develop a leak.

Agree.  Excess slope light means the system tried to level and couldn't achieve it.

Rick & Julie - can you tell if a corner is lowering or if perhaps a corner is raising all the way (leak through on a raise solenoid)?  The best way to determine this is to measure the height of the airbags when initially level, then again every half hour to see if a corner is increasing or decreasing.  If you have the time, you can also sit in the coach and wait for the HWH system to "wake up" to re-level, and see what it thinks is low (amber light(s) on the control pad).

I leveled the coach yesterday and switched the system off. This morning the coach was level. If the HWH system is wonky is there a procedure to troubleshoot it? Or is there a particular part that would cause it?

I'm not familiar with your year coach.  The HWH website has a good selection of manuals with trouble shooting procedures.  I would start there.
