New member, questions about heated floors and bath configurations

Hi folks, new to the forum today. We are looking for our next class A motor home. A used Foretravel 38' to 42' 05 to 16
We have had several class A over 24 years. One of our first motor homes was a leftover 2000 Country Coach Affinity bought at Lazy Days. We were just lucky that it had heated tile floors, and we are now spoiled.  Hopefully we can find one with heated floors.  What year did Foretravel start installing heated floors?, also bath and a half's?
Thanks for your help. Any information is greatly appreciated!  Harvey

I believe all ih45's have heated floors since first year that they were made, 2012.  I don't remember seeing a ih45 floor plan that didn't have bath and half.

I also love my heated floors.
2014 ih45  (4th Foretravel owned)
 1997 36' U295 Sold in 2020, owned for 19 years
U240 36' Sold to insurance company after melting in garage fire
33' Foretravel on Dodge Chassis  Sold very long time ago

Thanks turbojack for the info. We sold our 2018 Newmar 45' Mountain Aire last April and decided the next one would be smaller. We might have to settle for one without heated floors, but that would be tough!!
If you know anyone with one for sale with heated floors, please give them my info. Thanks Harvey

Hi Folks (again), we've revised our Foretravel search to include 2002-2005 U295/320 36-40'.  If anyone hears of one being sold, we'd like to talk with them.  Please send me a post.  Thanks Harvey

Definitely get on MOT's list if you aren't already.  Many (most?) Foretravels they get on consignment never make it to their website - they keep a list of buyers.

And fun fact - 19 20 (!) years ago when we bought our coach, it literally pulled in to be consigned as we were leaving MOT for the day.  It took a couple of days' negotiations, but it definitely never made it to the website.
