COACH WHEREABOUTS??

Does anyone know the where abouts and owner of the coach pictured.
I have many pics of an interior redo that was done on this coach which are no less than SPECTACULAR.
I would love to discuss with the owner about the renovations.

It MIGHT be the correct motorcade # on the coach and you can look it up in the directory.

That # doesn't show up in list I have. List I have is pdf and from a few years ago.

Headlight conversion looks like it is a FOT one - parts/remodel might have some info on the interior job.

With it being a single axle coach with slides and all the mods I see I would like to know what CCC is left.

MEMBER info I was given, I thought I could contact, does not have email or phone listed anymore.
Still at a standstill....

And that was one of my thoughts that I wanted to question. The tile laid is beautiful on the floor and the shower, but would increase the weight of the coach substantially. I wanted to find out if there were issues, as I would LOVE to do the same to my coach.

Peter we had viewed a 295 4020 coach with a ton of stone upgrades. We walked away with concerns just as Mike has mentioned.  Too heavy and just not for us. It was beautiful. Might be fine for a static display but id rather be using my CCC for other things rolling to our destination. If I was considering such upgrades I would weigh the coach to get accurate numbers with all tanks maxed out. This would give you a good base line before you even consider adding to it. I would guess/suspect your 320 rear axle weight is at or near max weight to start with. On my 320 3610 most of my CCC is on the front axle Ike 80/20. Also need to add into the mix your CCC. Everyone's results will vary, but for me I try to keep in mind what the coach weighs. They were Fat to start with, no need to add to the issue. IMO

Ceramic tile- mortar, grout, tile weighs 5+ pounds per square foot.

Hi, it's our coach. We purchased it well after it had been remodeled but love the result.
In terms of weight, I have not actually weighed it but that is probably a good idea. For weight reduction, I have converted the large muffler to a resonator and swapped 3 8D batteries for Lifepo4. Of course when I get solar on the roof that will more than take up that savings.

My coach had tile flooring when I purchased it. At first I thought it was original from the factory but after pulling it up knew that it was not. The previous owner estimated about 700 or more in weight. I removed that and put down lvt and a wood motif in like it very much. Never regretted removing that weight and never would put it back either.
You could do something similar just not with tile or stone. You get the same look with a lot less of the weight.
