Silverleaf VMSpc

Anyone use the Silverleaf VMSpc system can tell me if they leave the unit plug in the diagnostic port (j1939)? I don't want to leave the computer in the motorhome. I'll take it in the house with me after unplugging the USB cable. I see a red and green lights on the silverleaf unit with the diagnostic plug in (j1939) and the key ignition is turn off. I was thinking that it could drain the battery.

I have left mine plugged in for years. But I always have the chassis batteries on a trickle charger.

Same here, the JIB stays plugged into the diag port.  If I need to remove the computer, I just unplug the USB and pull it.

I unplug the asus tablet to use it in my living room to run my Sonos/pandora into my old 70's era pioneer SX-980 stereo.
