Jeff, that's not even close to the pump design we are talking about here. Sorry but I don't quite understand what you are referencing? We are primarily talking about a belt driven pump for the 8.3/ISC 350 Cummins. I'm sure a lot of folks would certainly be interested in re-engineered system at a reasonable cost around 1500.00 bucks. But so far no one has come up with one.

If you know what to do with this pump its a cheap swap.

Find out your Hz and Amps for PWM input Page 40.  As for sensors, know what voltage its spitting out.  What does FDCA solenoid do at a certain voltage?

This is my FDCA part number broken down.  Another word, this is a dumb valve controlled by 2 sensors, not hooked up to ECM and controlling 1 switch.

Danfoss FDCA 1090273

FDCA 12 HCN21 PMPM8 HIRF3 3000/210 NC

Danfoss FDC 1090291

FDCA 12vdc 1.25A Customer No-PWM 2-sensors 1-Switch

Pinout information
Pin number Function Wire color
J1-A Battery – Brown
J1-B Battery + Red
J1-C Temp S2 + Black/White
J1-D Temp S2 – Brown/White
J1-E Switch 1 + Green
J1-F Switch 1 – Blue
J1-G Temp S1 + White
J1-H Temp S1 – Black

So I guess I can buy any of the newer models on ebay for few hundred dollars and swap my old spool valve.  Of course as long as the brains receive 2 inputs and control a switch.
