New Members

Hello all...Jeff & Lisa here.
We are the new owners of a beautiful '90 GV U300 that Lisa has affectionately named "Optimus Prime". She is convinced the rig is going to transform into a planet saving robot any day now.

I want to give a huge thanks to Brett Lebo and Keith Risch for all of their help throughout our search.
We are looking forward to many adventures ahead in this amazing Foretravel.

Welcome! We are no longer on the road, but it was the very BEST time of our lives. Great friends, great adventures, hilarious breakdowns, and stories to "dine out on" for the rest of our lives. You will NEVER be sorry for this purchase and you will make amazing friends here.

Welcome Jeff & Lisa. We hope you love and enjoy your Grand Villa ( i just love that name ) as much as we do. Such an elegant and well built coach.
I expect you'll also enjoy this forum in more ways than one. Most if not all of the answers to your GV questions will be found here. We have enjoyed ours almost 8 years now and the forum has been an amazing resource from the first week of ownership.

Welcome to the best forum on the internet. This group (including the Yahoo group that was its predecessor) has been a lifesaver for us several times over the past 20 years.

You have a great coach that will serve you well.

We are probably nearing the time we will sell our coach but I'm sure we are going to still watch the forum.

Howdy all, old member here but been gone for what seems to me wayyyy to many years
Went back to tent camping, but now I'm 87 years old so back to the ever trusty FT for a while. Just wanted to say Howdy Doodey.

We are also fairly new, and this group thankfully does not have a lot of drama. Feel free to seek help in this group. Even though there is a wide variety of experience with these coaches in this group, I have found that there is not a lot of 'shaming' going on toward the less knowledgable (like me).

Add another person to the group! We recently jumped into the Foretravel world with the purchase of a mint, 2004, U320, 3820. We're excited to join such a helpful group of owners, with the passion of keeping these wonderfully engineered machines operating. I've already found so much helpful information in a very short time. Looking forward to the future!

Bonus time!! Another double bumper 1990 Grand Villa! Hardly any of us left out there. You will find a wealth of information here on the forum. Whatever happens to your coach, rest assured it has happened to one of us. Learn to use the search function and don't be afraid to ask questions. We are out there (242 days last year) and believe it or not setting down at our Quartzite gathering spot for a couple day stopover on the way back to the west coast. Hope to see you out there on the road.
