Splendide Periodic Mintenance

I learned something new about my Splendide 2200 washer/dryer.  When I turned it on today it displayed "CL" on the information panel.  I searched through my manual and online at the Splendide site but could find no mention of a "CL" message.  On the Splendide site I was able to email the service department with my question and they were very prompt to reply with the answer.  The machine was trying to tell me that I should run the cleaning cycle.  They recommend running a cleaning cycle after 30 to 40 washer loads.
