Water Problems - Tank Not Filling and No City Water

Hi All,

I just bought a 2002 U-295 3620 and it seems great.  There are a few problems, but the most perplexing is the fresh water system stopped working.  It worked fine then nothing would come out of any faucet, shower or the toilet.  It won't fill the tank (despite opening the valve under the bathroom sink), and nothing comes out of any fixture with it closed on the running water pump.  Is there a check valve that could have tripped and blocked the flow?

I pulled the hoses from the pump and it does not seem to get water, and the tank seems empty, although I don't have a way to confirm I am tapping the fresh water tank.

Any help would be seriously appreciated. Thanks happy to be here.

On my coach right after I got it it wouldn't fill an the problem was the check valve. A new one
fixed the problem.

On that age coach the check valve should be just as the piping exits the hose reel. It should be one of those brass fittings and will have an arrow stamped on it. There is a pic. on the Forum that shows it where others have had this problem and I will snoop around to see if I can find it. If you don't have the hose reel the check valve is in the fitting where you screw in your hose.

In our 2003 it was behind the panel at the back of the utility bay.  In Jeff and Carol's 2002, I seem to recall it was in the vicinity of the bottom of the manibloc (ETA - yup Removing panel for water check valve).

I found the check valve behind the fuzzy panel by the manifold and, sure enough, it was faulty. I removed the internal parts and tested the system and everything works.  I'll put in a new check valve tomorrow.  Thanks for the help!!!
