City Water Hook Up - 2000 U320 4210

Good Day!  Just purchased a 2000 U320 4210 and didn't see an option for city water on the water compartment panel.  Does the system automatically default to city water when nothing else is selected?

I had mine inside the coach it was electric to fill the tank when the button was pressed and if it was not pressed then you were on city water.

If a water supply is connected to the shore hose, that pressure will directly supply the water manifold (and the entire plumbing system).  When the hose is disconnected there is a check valve that keeps the water pressure in the system.  You will either have an electric valve or a manual valve for filling your fresh water tank while the shore hose is connected to a water supply.  If you have the Intellitec switches, you should have one labeled "water fill".

Thats what I was hoping that the default on the intellitec system, if tank fill or water pump isn't selected, it defaults to city water.

I had purchased a regulator if I was to operate on city water. I've found that I never operate on city water pressure. I fill the tank then disconnect till it's time to fill again. My city water pressure is 100 psi. I fill without the regulator and shut the valve off when done.
