No power from shore cord when plugged in

I recently had my coach in for service
I am usually plugged into a 20amp outlet which work fine for power etc when parked at my house. After the service I brought the coach home and parked it on the street In front of my house and did not plug it in  for a couple of days
I plug it it and have power at the cord by no power through the inverter for charging. The inverter does turn on when I turn on the inverter only but that means I am only  running through my batteries not shore power. So no shore power when plugged in. Any breakers I should be looking at etc as the cord was not a used or anything when serviced and appears ok
The coach does have power when the generator is  on.    my built in ems lchw/50a say e1 reverse polarity
Help would be appreciated

Are you sure the shore power transfer switch is engaging?  Check for power at the input and output of the transfer switch first.

In my 03, there is a voltage sensing relay that gives priority to the generator, so if it sees power from the generator, it would not let the shore power connect.  If you have this, it could also be stopping the ATS from closing with shore power.

So I phone ems and talked with a tech. We checked voltage and narrowed it down to a bad extension cord!  I am not sure how that came about as be for I took it in for service I was using the same cord but oh well. Things go bad.
Everything back up and running and catastophy avoided!

Sounds like the transfer switch though you had reverse polarity.  So would not engage the transfer switch.  I am guessing that transfer switch saw 120v between the neutral and ground.  The phase to ground connects were showing 0 volts.
