Hinge for hydrailic step

I am replacing my entrance step.  I got the inner metal step but I want to replace the hinge.  FOT doesn't have them.  I can't find them anywhere since both sides of the hinges are not in the same plane.  There is like a quarter inch drop in the other side of the hinge.

I have got one of those offset piano hinge off the net. They are verry popular in the fishing boat industry with several sizes available. Here is an example of one  Stainless Steel Offset Piano Hinge 3/4" x 1 3/4"x 23 3/4" 16 Gauge Boat RV...

Shop around as Amazon has different size from this one. If you have a bass boat shop close by they may have one. I think this is what is on our step though
