ForeTravel Upcoming Inspection - Slide Sidewall

Hey Forum, I am an NRVIA RV Inspector and I also own a 1998 U295 3600. I have an inspection next week of a 2003 U320 and the client sent me some photos of the slide sidewall. Someone at the dealership had said it was delamination, but I have never seen delamination like this before. I am interested in getting the Forums opinion about what these horizontal lines in the slide are and why.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

You might want to send those photos over to James Stallings at Xtreme (Xtreme Paint and Graphics in Nac) to get his opinion.  That doesn't look like any delamination I've ever seen.

The slideouts were built differently than the rest of the coach sidewall, but still - that's really, really strange.

Curious if this is the "as is" coach in Sanger, TX that's being advertised as a 38 ft but is actually a 40 ft.  Is it missing the AquaHot covers?

Water damage, freezing, and corrosion inside the wall. You can hide it with fiberglass and filler. Correct fix likely to remove skin, repair inside framing and re-skin it.

And then new paint.  Definitely a job for Xtreme to ballpark the cost to repair.  It's not going to be cheap.  The slide's also likely to have to come out for proper repair.

Yes, This is the 320 up in Sanger. My client visited the Coach and sent me those photos. The Ad only shows one exterior photo.

I emailed James with the photos, thanks for the recommendation.

Besides the AquaHot missing its enclosure (why? and what's wrong with it?  $$$), something must be going on in the electrical bay - it's missing the protective cover over the resettable breakers.

Also no mudflap, couch is completely threadbare.  We've seen photos of the coach showing all of these.

I'd worry about the slide bladders/aux compressor/condition of airbags, shocks, tires, batteries, etc.

Rudy and others say to keep the cover off the Aqua Hot  to help keep the control module cooler.

Sure don't look like there is any fluid in the overflow tank of the A/H
