60A 100A MPPT Solar Charge Controller Battery Regulator Charger 12/24V PV...
I use these .  You can set the charge voltage to what your batts like.  I have used  at least 4 of them. No issues . They take larger wire than the blue ones and have a nicer monitor panel  .  I still have one little victron that just wont quit either  but not worth the moneyIMHO.
VEVOR Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter 3500W 7000 Watt 12V DC to 110V 120V AC...
This powers my AC to replace the low output voltage  unit.
Thanks Mike. The biggest problem I have is doing research and reading instructions with blurry vision. I'm having a heck of a time since I had cataract surgery on one eye back in July. After the surgery, sight in that eye was so bad I wouldn't let them do the other eye until I can see better. It's been 2 months and it hasn't improved. I have a magnifying glass on my desk and use it often but the eye they did surgery on is still really bad.
I should have the Victron installed tomorrow and if I don't like the Bluetooth app I'll send it back and order the one you recommended. As for the inverter, I have no plans to run an AC unit but I'm seeing a lot of misleading info from ebay and Amazon sellers. Many can't speak English. That ebay seller you recommended sells a lot of inverters and has great feedback on his Vevor products. He has a 2500/5000 PSW for $173.

I feel your pain. What a mess it is to get older . Dying is much easier it seems. Push onward .
The vevor stuff has been great.  I do the background checks on everything before I buy but most of it has been as hoped.
