Victron system does not recognize new 5G wireless hotspot?

I Have Victron multi-plus 12-3000 inverter system in my coach. I have been able to monitor the system remotely just fine as long as coach was connected to WI-FI. I know how to change the Wi-Fi  settings on the Victron system as I move to different available networks. Yesterday I installed a new WI-FI hotspot, a NETGEAR Nighthawk M7 Pro Mobile Hotspot 5G mmWave, WiFi 7 purchased at AT&T. The problem now is the Victron system does not recognize this new network even though the other devices in the coach requiring a Wi-Fi connection such as laptop and cell phone recognize it just fine and work properly when connected. Not sure what to do next. Is it possible the Victron system is not compatible with 5G? Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Which monitor module are you using? The Cerbo or something else? I just checked mine and it doesn't see the 5g network from the house, but sees the 2.4g.

The coach has the Victron Cerbo monitor which is where I change the Wi-Fi in the settings menu

Verify that your Hotspot  is set for 2.4ghz. It is possible that the Hotspot is set up for both 5ghz and 2.4ghz. Some devices don't like this and you might have to have Hotspot set for just 2.4ghz.

Are you using the same SSID?

The Cerbo WiFi is a 2.4Ghz only, like most IoT devices.

Make sure your new hotspot is broadcasting on both 2.4 and 5 or get a USB WiFi dongle that supports 5Ghz and plug that into the Cerbo.  They list some they support: 6. Internet connectivity

That was the problem. I went into WiFi settings of the router and switched to  for both 5g and 2.4 and now the Victron recognizes the router and allowed me to connect. I can confirm I can now sign in remotely. Thanks to all
