Trailer brake wiring

I have a 03' U295 coach and I am trying to install an electronic brake controller. There are a gang of spare wires at the rear of the coach, and they are labeled. My main issue is that I cannot seem to find the chassis fuse panel. I have scoured over all of the manuals I received with this coach and there is not much on the chassis wiring in any of it. So...
1. Where are the chassis fuses located?
2. Where do the spare wires go? Hopefully the dash area.

Fuse/breaker box is behind the panel in front of the passenger seat. The one with the battery disconnect switch. It's held on with velcro.  It should just pull off.  Wires are on the left side of the steering column at floor level. The side cover on the column pulls off, then the carpeted piece against the front wall pulls off and the wires are there.

Yes the extra wires go to the dash area, on my 2000 they are on top right under the hinged/lift up dash/instrument cluster panel.  On a 03, you will have to press down on that seam between the instrument panel and cover/cowl behind it, it will then "kind off" pop out. Frankly its awkward the first few times you remove it but it gets easier.

Primary fuses (reset-able breakers) are where kgrover stated. 

There will also be some traditional automotive fuses at the foot of the bed, those are mostly for interior lighting fuses.

You will also find some behind a white panel in one of your basement bays, those are mostly for things in the bay.

There are many schematics available in the media section, do a search for 12V from here: https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?media/search/ and you will find one that is right for your year coach.
