EZ Touch Micro Air Thermostat on IH45

I am using the Micro Air Thermostat.  I like it as I can remotely monitor and control Heat and AC.  In my IH45 it operates differently than I expected.  On AquaHot heat Zone one controls the dash, Kitchen, potty room and bedroom.  Zone Two controls the bath at the rear.  Zone Three and Four do nothing on AquaHot.  Also the system never cycles off it will run all night once heat is called for getting up to the set point and continues to run.  I can see temp rising on 3 and 4 but zone one gets to the set point but does not cycle off. On AC and Heat Pump Zone one is Front, Zone Two is LR and Kitchen, Zone three is Bedroom and Zone 4 is Bath at rear as I would expect.  Why is the AquaHot combined on Zone One?  Is this normal?  On my U320 with only two zones, the HP works just like the AquaHot Furnace Zone 1 and 2, front and rear.  I am at MOT now  We have tried to install an original RV Comfort ZC, but it would not operate at all.  All the wiring checks out to original specs.  If TurboJack can tell me if his EZ Touch operates the areas spread over the 4 zones on aqua hot heat?

Can't help with your new coach and 4 zones, but I will say their tech support is pretty good.  Give them a call.  609-259-2636

Ac and heat pump zones same as Herbs.

Gas heat (Aquahot)
zone 1 dash, kitchen. 1/2 bath
Zone 2 kitchen and 1/2 bath
Zone 3 bedroom
Zone 4 back bath

If zone 1 is calling for heat then spots listed above are on.

If zone 1 is satisfied and zone 2 is satisfied then spots in zone 1 & 2 are off.

If zone 1 is satisfied  and zone 2 is not, then only zone 2 spots are running. 

Not sure why original thermostat is no operating at all.

I would power cycle aquahot to see if that fixes problem.  If no go, default thermostat and start over.  Need to make sure thermostat is on ver 1.0.6.9 firmware. If not then to update.

Are you sure you have the right model thermostat?

In gas heat mode the thermostat has wires that go to the Aquahot to control the difference zones

After I posted, I did a Factory Reset, then selected all others as original thermostat.  According to the manual for the 354 EZ Touch which is what I have.  I have now have the bedroom only on 3, The Dash and Living area and Potty room is on 1,  Looks like Zone 2 has to have conditions met to operate, Zone 4 is rear bath and shower area.  I believe all is well now.  Thanks Jack it looks like a factory reset gave me what you described.

After the factory reset, I did not see the AquaHot symbol, only the furnace symbol as on my U320.  That works for me.  When it is as cold as it is now, I would like to have everything on BUT the bedroom.  As it was everything up front and to the bedroom was on #1 and #2 was the back bath.  Now to see if it will cycle off when temp is met.

yes 354 as shown on QR code 354001951

We see all 4 wires at the thermostat and have run them to the AquaHot....all ok .  The reset appears to have done it.  Updates are all up to date.1.0.6.9

FYI. Go into the settings * and change the furnace symbol to the AquaHot symbol
