PowerTech 10kW Gen Relay Clicks Won’t Start (ECU-63)

I'm troubleshooting my PowerTech 10kW (perkins) generator (ECU-63 controller). Initially, the issue was intermittent—sometimes it would start, sometimes just a relay click without engine cranking. Now it's consistently failing: relay clicks, no cranking, and ECU flashes a "4-blink" code ("No AC detected"). Obviously, the engine isn't turning to generate AC voltage at all.

I've confirmed:

Good battery voltage (tested at battery terminals)

Tried starting both with and without the boost button

Battery terminals and connections are clean and tight

Has anyone experienced similar symptoms or have recommendations on the next thing to check?

Thanks!

Sounds like a problem with either the relay or the starter. Can you put power straight to the starter? Then again, maintenance and repair of your coach/starter is above my pay grade.
