That's incredible Peter. I often wish I wasn't so prone to keeping parts I've removed but your experience does nothing to fix my own illness 😀. I am glad for you that you had spare parts to fix the broken base. That does always feel encouraging.

I can identify with that. I think that I have 8 of those old bags. One did come in handy when I had a coach that the front wheels were about 6 inches deep in sugar sand and I couldn't get a jack anywhere to raise them up. I used one with fittings for my air and was able to raise it enough to get the wheels off and back on.
